WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCING ANY SERVICES, PROGRAMS, PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS PROVIDED BY MBC TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.

‍This TOU provides only a limited license to access and use the Site. Accordingly, you expressly acknowledge and agree that MBC transfers no ownership or intellectual property interest to or title in the Site to you or anyone else.
